Faith Bible Church

Faith Bible Church in Oklahoma runs an active missions program with field work in Dawnu and among the Tarahumara people in Mexico. Most of the design work grows out of those missions programs and their prayer-card cadence.

The work

The prayer cards were the recurring core. Each project brief covered a missions focus, came in with photo galleries and prayer points, and resulted in front-and-back cards plus matching presentation slides for teaching.

The Tarahumara card was the bigger lift. A new missions focus needed a card with QR codes for two different giving links, prayer points covering seven staff members, and language referencing "the Colonia" rather than "the community." The card iterated through revisions across two days, and then in late August it was rebuilt as individual missionary profile cards for seven staff plus a group slide for teaching presentations.

The Dawnu prayer card ran on its own track. A summer card was designed ahead of a June print deadline, then refreshed again as part of a three-project bundle targeting a September 7 deadline: the Dawnu prayer card, the Tarahumara prayer card, and the individual missionary cards. Slides were also built from the missions card content for the teaching presentations.
